Sacha — Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Creative Arts Therapist at Serotonin Psychology
Sacha is a Bairnsdale-based counsellor, psychotherapist and creative arts therapist with more than 15 years of professional experience supporting children, youth, adults and the elderly across East Gippsland.

A neuroscience-informed, creative approach
Sacha's practice bridges contemporary neuroscience with creative arts therapies. Sessions draw on evidence-based theory, trauma-informed care and the language of active artmaking — supporting clients to find words, images and a sense of safety for what they are working through.
The therapeutic relationship sits at the centre of every session. Clients are met with warmth, steadiness and a deep respect for their own pace.
Sacha has also lived and worked in Far North Queensland Indigenous communities and brings a genuine appreciation for the social and emotional wellbeing of First Nations peoples and their connection to country and community.
