These terms apply to your use of the Serotonin Psychology website and to therapy services provided by Serotonin Psychology. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide psychology, counselling, and creative arts therapy services to children, young people, adults, and the elderly. Services may be delivered face-to-face, online, or via outreach by arrangement.
Appointments and cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours, or non-attendance, may incur a fee equivalent to the full session cost.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made (for example, NDIS plan-managed or agency-managed funding). Outreach appointments may attract an additional travel fee.
